L&D in Franchising ... Or, FRI and Corven wonder twins activate!

Greg Nathan of the Franchise Relationships Institute recently shared best practices with 50 franchise executives at a Learning and Development Forum organised by the Franchise Council of Australia.

It stimulated some vibrant discussion on what works in boosting the learning and success of franchisees and franchisor executives. Greg was kind enough to capture the key points from this discussion, which you can download by clicking this link: 17 + 1 Strategies to Improve the Effectiveness of Franchise Learning.

Greg's hints and tips are fantastic examples of what should form the basis of great franchisee learning, not only independently on-the-job but within a network of people who are delivering the same products and services to the same target market.

However, to really boost learning outcomes we again challenge the franchise sector to ramp up their vocational education and training [VET] understanding and efforts.

At Greg's invitation we were thrilled to provide this summary of our call to action to the franchise sector ... Our 7-point plan for greater integration of VET in franchising.

Wonder twins power ... activate! Form of best practice L&D and VET in franchising!
